Allen Harcourt is a Virginia Beach, VA native attending Radford University pursuing a BS in Design Management. Photography has always been a passion of his until it has most recently become more of a serious hobby in the last four years. Traveling up and down the East Coast from NC to MD is where you can find Allen shooting.
