Born in Jeffery’s Bay, I have been surfing since I was four years old and surfing professionally since I was 10. The surfing culture in Jeffery’s Bay has had a great influence on my life and career choices, along with my family, introducing me to the stoke that comes with surfing — all this with one of the best waves on my doorstep. Over the years, I have competed in the World Qualifying Series, the ISA World Championships, and the 2014 Jbay Open as a wildcard. While surfing is one of my many passions, I also take a great interest in health and wellness with yoga, Crossfit training, and nutrition playing a large role in my life.
