Originally from a farm outside of Calgary, Alberta, Greg is based on Vancouver Island where he spends each fall surfing, writing, and training. He funds it all by spending the rest of the year on the road working seasonally - as a BC smokejumper through summer and building ice roads in the NWT each winter. Greg writes about our relationships with work, play and physical activity, and also puts his kinesiology degree to work as a training advisor for hatchetmovement.ca
