Karen went surfing for the first time in 2007, and she’s never looked back. She spent most of 2014 traveling and surfing through Central America, Asia, Australia and New Zealand, and has since moved from her home in landlocked Toronto to the beautiful San Francisco Bay Area. She is a Pilates instructor, writer, and soon-to-be personal coach. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, and is passionate about helping all people reach their potential.
