Kathleen is the author of The Blue Poppy and the Mustard Seed; A Memoir of Loss and Hope, published by Wisdom Publications. She is the co-author Chicago's Gold Coast by Acadia Publishing; and has been a contributor to The Shambhala Sun Magazine, Hip-Mama Magazine, The Best Buddhist Writing of 2009 an anthology by Shambhala Publications, and many other publications. She is currently working on a memoir, Driving The Lotus Fast: Movement, Mindfulness, Meditation, and Motion beyond the Limits. Kathleen is a Buddhist Chaplain Intern at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center, and a writing instructor for Grub St,. writing institute in Boston.
