Marc Welschinger was born and raised in the Swiss Alps. With the next gondola in walking distance, lil’ Marc’s love for skiing evolved naturally and hasn’t diminished ever since. But for a long time, it also brought along boring summers with expensive and unrewarding glacier trips, longing for winter. So when Marc’s clique started riding mountain bikes, he didn’t hold back. With no such thing as off-season anymore, you’ll find him in the mountains regardless of snow levels. However, more and more often he’ll be without any sports equipment but a heavy camera backpack. As a graduated multimedia production student this is no surprise and actually his way of earning money. However when running out of money, rumor has it that Marc’s also a genius when it comes to selling old gear online for questionable sums of money. So if you want to get rid of your scratched skis or overheating computer, let him take care of it.
