The Inertia

We all have those moments of feeling a little stiff or sore while bobbing in the lineup. That knot in your shoulder is flaring up after all the paddling, or your hip starts to get tight while you sit. These nagging pains don’t feel good, and they can undermine your confidence as you take off on your next wave. Instead of just whining about them to your friend (as we all do), try these 3 stretches to loosen things up. You don’t need to go full on water-yogi to help your muscles out. You can easily do these stretches without too much fuss, and you may even be able to do them without falling off your board. No promises, but remember practice makes perfect…
