Weekends are a time to relax and refresh. The work week can be draining, and it can all too easily throw you off center. Although it might feel good to just do nothing for part of your weekend, make sure to move your body as well. Exercise is vital for recharging your batteries, and it’s even more effective when you incorporate some kind of mindfulness practice as well. This balancing yoga practice kills two birds with one stone, and it will have you feeling rested and rejuvenated. Take some time to sneak it into your weekend schedule.
