There’s no better way to start off a weekend than a calming, yoga flow. Normally, I’d say a relaxing solo surf, but here in Southern California finding a peak to yourself is nothing short of impossible on a Saturday morning. This 23-minute flow doesn’t take too long, and you can get started with your day in no time, but it’s a great way to charge your batteries before a fun weekend. As always, please pay attention to form and be careful to prevent injuries.
