The Inertia

If you’ve ever stepped inside a Whole Food’s, you’ve probably been able to figure out that kombucha is really good for you. The fermented tea is packed with probiotics that aids with digestive health, and kombucha has been known to contribute to both mental clarity and mood stability. Health food stores typically have about 25 different flavors and 5 different brands at any one time, and the bottles are usually front and center right when you walk in.  You may have also noted the steep price tags that accompany these tangy beverages. In the past, this may have deterred you from giving them a try. Now, however, you don’t even need to buy store brand kombucha; you can make your own thanks to this episode of “Health Nuts” from Korduroy TV. For additional tips and information, see the original posting here.
