Most people’s only interaction with dandelion is plucking the bright yellow flower/weed out of the garden. Although dandelions tend to grow where they aren’t wanted, the little plant is incredibly nutritious. Dandelion is rich in vitamins C and B6, thiamin, riboflavin, calcium, iron, potassium, and manganese. However, dandelion greens have a strong, bitter taste, so it’s essential to balance them out with something sweet…like berries, making this juice the perfect way to incorporate dandelion into your diet.

-2 cups strawberries
-1 cup dandelion leaves (more or less to taste)
-1 cup raspberries
-1 small chili with seeds removed
-add honey as desired to taste
