
Could this smoothie bowl be any more colorful?
This week’s #InstaRecipe of the week features a BURST of color with this raspberry strawberry smoothie bowl. The mixed component couldn’t be any simpler with just frozen raspberries, strawberries, and yogurt, and the toppings look spectacular. I’m not sure if I’d have the patience to make a bowl that looks quite this beautiful, but hey, it all ends up in the same place anyway, right? Plus, kiwis are packed with Vitamin C, the goji berries, yogurt, and chia add some protein, and blueberries bring the antioxidants.
