The Inertia

If nothing else, Tuesdays are good for one thing: tacos. No matter whether they’re packed with meats, or completely vegan, I’ve never met a taco I didn’t like. They’re flavorful, juicy, and depending on how you prepare them, even healthy. However, for all that tacos are, they’d be nothing without salsa (or at least hot sauce). Tonight, do not settle for Pace. Instead, make your Tuesday memorable with this delicious, amazing, flavorful pineapple salsa.

Ingredients

-1 1/4 cups chopped pineapple

-1 cup chopped cucumber

-1/4 cup chopped cilantro

-1/2 cup chopped red onion

-fresh squeezed lime juice to taste

-salt as desired

Instructions

-Throw all the ingredients together in a bowl, mix together, and serve.
