The woman is an absolute genius, and I’ve never seen cocktails look like such gorgeous works of art. This Friday I’ve shared her Tropical Pimm’s Punch recipe because it just looks like the best way to wrap up a long week. With pineapple, mint, and lemonade, it has a simple but tropical flare that’s sure to sweeten up the end of your week.
Ingredients (as listed above)
-1 1/2 oz Pimms
-1/2 oz Hendricks Gin
-3 oz ginger beer
-2 oz lemonade
-1 oz pineapple juice
-4 muddled mint leaves
-mint and pineapple for garnish
Instructions
-Combine in a glass and stir together over ice.
