The Inertia

Surfing is rough on the body. It might not be as high impact as sports like running, boxing, or football, but it still takes its toll on your body over time. Specifically, it can really mess up the neck and shoulders. Paddling creates tension that builds up, and if you don’t work to release this tension, it can result in chronic pain and discomfort. If this sounds all too familiar to you, this yoga routine is the perfect way to stretch out this weekend, without going to hard on the neck and shoulders. It’s a great routine for beginner as well.
