The Inertia

The past couple weeks, I’ve struggled to fall asleep at night. It’s made me acutely aware of 1) how much much I love sleep and 2) how much I need it. I don’t know about you, but a good night’s sleep is absolutely essential for me to feel energized, healthy, and happy. Running low on sleep is a sure fire way to compromise the immune system and tank your mood. If you’ve had difficulty falling asleep at night, try this guided meditation. I almost fell asleep accidentally when I came across it, and when I listened to it before bed last night, I knocked out in 2 minutes tops. Sweet dreams…
