The Inertia

The weather is cookin’, and it’s only April. In Southern California, that means we’re in for a long, sunbaked summer. While there are plenty of downsides to this, there’s a good side too (besides getting an early jump on your tan): you can start stockpiling tasty summer recipes now. Shoutout to the Buddhist Chef for creating this absolutely amazing Thai Salad. A salad never looked so good, plus, this recipe couldn’t be simpler to make. Although the dressing is a little bit more involved, the effort for the sweet peanut flavor is well-worth it. The rest of the salad you just toss together. Watch below to get inspired.
