Summer is just around the corner, and it’s time to get in surf shape before the big south swells start rolling through. This 27-minute yoga series strengthens vital areas for surfers: the abs and arms. Ab strength is necessary for balance, stability, and coordination on the board, and obviously arm strength is required just to make it out to the lineup. Give this series a try this afternoon if you’re not in the water. As always, please use good form and caution when attempting this series. Listen to your body, and pause if you need a break to refocus.
