The Inertia

If you’ve got some energy to burn, try this balance-focused workout. This series will work your whole body, but it will especially put your core to the test. The entire workout lasts just under an hour, but even if you complete just half of it, you will be sore tomorrow. The best thing about this series? It’s low impact. That means you’ll torch calories and build muscle, but you’ll do so in a way that goes easy on your joints. This helps prevent injury, and it’s great for those of you who have bad ankles and knees like me. To be sure, low impact certainly does not mean low intensity, so get ready to sweat if you take on this workout.
