This is a picture you don’t see often: Candide Thovex ripping through a terrain park–well, we’ve seen that–hitting a lip, then wiping out fantastically. And this time, he took out a punter standing in the landing zone. Question is, what was said skier doing in the landing zone in the first place? That’s sort of like the surfer closest to the whitewater has the right of way (so don’t drop in). Or a climber always checking to make sure he or she is on belay. Don’t stand in the landing zone! Yikes!
