The Inertia

Ouch. It takes a lot of grunting and groaning to figure out an inverted loop on skis. Jesper Tjäder does a whole lot of that when he sets up, and completes, this loop rail for his new film Supervention II. Tjäder, a Swedish freeskier who competed in the Sochi Olympics, filmed with this steel loop in two separate locations before he found the sweet spot. He certainly has a flair for the weird (and that’s a good thing): check him out riding sand dunes in Peru.
