The power of 4K made scaling up slippery chunks of ice look even sketchier. While climbing an iceberg isn’t exactly on my bucket list, after seeing this thrilling angle of it… well let’s just say: it’s pretty hardcore.
GoPro did a proper job at marketing their Hero4 camera by giving these guys the opportunity to share their point-0f-view from Greenland’s Disko Bay. Professional ice climbers Klemen Premrl and Aljaz Anderle searched for the most fragile and unstable iceberg they could find in arctic waters — as one would —for your viewing pleasure. With 5 million views and counting, it makes anything not filmed in 4K so much less impressive than before.
