The Inertia

Things are certainly moving right now. The West has experienced an extremely wet spring and instability is being exposed. Like this massive landslide caught on film near Seward, Alaska. Motorists were stopped as a 300-foot-wide swath of land covered the highway in an angry torrent. You can see the aerial view below. The slide occurred near Lowell Point, on the highway connecting the town to the city of Seward. Mother Nature is waking up from a long winter and she’s a little grouchy.

Only the best. We promise.
