Two weeks ago, I had the pleasure of attending Deus Ex Machina’s premier of their newest surf flick: South to Sian. It was a full-length pick-me-up adventure film. I’m not a film critic. My rules about judging surf films are simple. Does the thing fire me up to go surf? South to Sian achieved that in spades. For those that haven’t had the pleasure, be sure to be on the lookout.
The reason I say this is because the clip above is essentially a one-minute version of the movie. A distilled breath of fresh air as you cool down from your morning commute before that next cup of coffee.
