The Montauk Beach House is a truly unique destination. As Creative Director I’m constantly looking for ways to showcase and support our community and its passions—travel, visual artistry and, of course, surfing. The surfing lifestyle has an inherent element of wanderlust, so when the opportunity arose to team up with travel publication Tiny Atlas Quarterly to curate a selection of my favorite images from their #mytinyatlasmontauk Instagram contest, exploring the water theme seemed only fitting. Through almost 9,000 entries, I’ve chosen my top ten images that speak to what it means to be a surfer.
