It was probably about eight years ago at home on the Central Coast that I picked up a camera for the first time. I had no idea what I was doing, but I wanted to take some shots and see for myself where the rabbit hole would take me. It wasn’t all that long until I started to improve (according to my own standards) and make the important leap of going out and developing relationships with surfers and editors of the magazines that I read as a kid.
I’m really stoked on the journey I’ve had since I first started out. The trips I’ve done, the waves I’ve shot, and, most importantly, the characters that I’ve met along the way are absolutely priceless. There’s been some incredible moments and I get really excited when I think about what’s to come—that’s probably the best part. As far as I know, my future plans are to keep having fun and doing what makes me happy.
