Have you been to Australia? Have you felt that air that can only be described as Australian? If one knows that air and were to get off a plane with no idea where they landed, they would know they were in Australia. It is hot and wonderful and full of sound. It is eucalyptus in your nose and that pesky Norfolk pine in your eyes. It is blue and green and brown and a dusky hue of yellow. Australia is, in a few words, a beautiful place. And summer days in Australia? Oh my. Is there anything that beats that water? So clear and turquoise, white sand flashing by beneath? Wave size be damned, there ain’t much, friends. And so we’ll ask again: have you been to Australia?
