You’ve likely been aware for a few hours now that Jaws is experiencing something it hasn’t experienced in quite some time. Oahu and Maui are maxing right now. Himalayas on the North Shore was closing out. Cleanup sets rolled through Waimea Bay. Jaws was the biggest we’ve seen in a long time, and that’s saying a lot. We’ll have more on the swell later, but for now, just watch what happens when you’re in the wrong place at the wrong time on a windsurfer at Jaws. Oh, and a question for that other guy who went over the falls: are you okay?
