And there’s no better way to see him battle the arduous elements of Canada than on a RED Epic in 4k at 120fps. There’s been a recent buzz around using RED Epic cameras, claiming that they’re an “overkill” and “unnecessary” in surf flicks. If RED Epic cameras are an “overkill” and “unnecessary” in surf movies then so are courtside seats at a basketball game and movies in HD, because you might not need these things but it makes spectating a hell of a lot better.
