Instead of airs, or stylish cutbacks, or more fake barrels at more wave parks you’ll probably never ride, we give you, that’s right, the first-ever footage of a swan airdropping in artificial surf, courtesy of The Wave, a soon-to-be-opened pool in Bristol, England. This is revolutionary stuff. How’s the music, too?
Watch the swan subtly size up the incoming set (never mind the park doesn’t open to human scrubs until November), taking a few late webbed strokes to absolutely stomp the airdrop, riding out the wave to near perfection.
Pretty insane. Seriously, the waves do look good. And yes, we’ll watch with the same envy as you when they finally do have humans on them.
