Professional surfers from around the globe were met with a difficult decision last week: fly to California for the Oakley Lowers Pro or take off to Bali for the Komune Bali Pro at Keramas. Both spots are usually on every surfer’s top 5 favorite waves, and the likelihood of absolutely scoring this time of year is quite high. But judging from the looks of Keramas last week, it seems as if Bali was the right decision. The waves were utter perfection. Dozens of flawless barrels and twice as many Bintangs made the 2015 Komune Bali Pro one for the books. Plus, you know it was a blast if the Mad Hueys were there. Congrats to Mr. Taj Burrow for walking away with the hard-earned victory.
