Easter: What a wonderful holiday to dedicate to your beloved pastime. And I’m not talking about singing in that funky gospel choir your mom always so wanted you to join, no. I’m definitely not referring to eating bunnies made out of the most delicious Swiss white chocolate either. I’m talking about going on a real mission and finding the real church; hunting for the golden eggs only the ocean can treat us with.
I went on a secretive camping mission somewhere behind God’s back. Waves were there – in fact, there were plenty of them. Nuggets of gold, easter kegs; the bunny sure had had a little chat with Mother Nature. Besides surfing the remainders of my brain out like one should, I managed to capture various golden moments in the surf. Local heroes featured remain unnamed as I don’t know who they are.
