The Volcom Pipe Pro was an exciting way to kick off the 2017 competitive season. Before this year, the contest had only seen three winners in its entire history: Jamie O’Brien (1), John John Florence (4), and Kelly Slater (2). Now we can add 21-year old Soli Bailey to the list, nabbing the most high-profile win of his young career.
