If you’ve imagined having your photography displayed next to surfing’s best lensmen, this is your chance. Aika Collective sells action sports photography from some of the world’s best and now we’re giving you the chance to have your work sold alongside them.
Here’s how it works: for the entire month of April, we’re looking for the best surf or ocean-related photo to fit the theme of “Spring Forward.” Contestants may enter as many photos as they’d like, but each photo must tag @theinertia and @aikacollective and include #SpringFwd.
The winning image will be picked by The Inertia Editorial Team. It will also be available for sale on aikacollective.com alongside greats such as Chris Burkard, Zak Noyle, Brian Bielmann, Tom Carey, Matt Clark, Ray Collins, Ben Thouard, Nick LaVecchia, PacoTwo, Peter Taras, Seth Stafford, Deb Morris, Warren Keelan, Grant Ellis and Timo Jarvinen.
On Aika’s website, browse through surf and ocean-related photo prints of riders like John John Florence, Jamie O’Brien, Craig Anderson, Rob Machado and Kelly Slater. Spots like Pipeline, Jeffrey’s Bay, Fiji, Tahiti, Indonesia and California are all featured as well as a variety of underwater and abstract wave imagery.
Most photos are available in six sizes from 8″x10″ up to 30″x40″. All photos are printed on high-quality photo paper with an archival value of 100 years.
