Joshua Ryan headed from Australia to Maverick’s on December 20th to chase some truly gigantic waves. And while he found a couple, this one in particular found him… and it let him know exactly who is boss. PJ Ludgren happened to be on hand to catch the madness, and now it’s an entry Billabong Wipeout of the Year category of the 2015 XXL Big Wave Awards.
