Surfing generally attracts a certain type of person. People that like to travel, people that enjoy solitude. Of course, solitude is getting harder and harder to come by, but part of the fun is looking for it. And there’s no better way to look for it that in a rigged out van. And for some strange reason, longboarding can attract a bit more of a whimsical crowd–of course, this is a huge generalization, but there you have it.
Karina Rozunko is a very, very good surfer. She’s got an incredible van that takes her where ever her whimsy demands. If there’s a definition of a “free surfer” it might be Karina.
