The Inertia

The Basque Country’s Kepa Acero had one hell of a year in 2015. He began his travels visiting the ancient ruins of Machu Picchu and surfing the endless lefts in Peru. From there, Kepa rode the tidal bores in the Amazon before jetting over to China and Indonesia. To finish his year-long adventure around the world, the goofy-footer navigated the rugged Namibian coast where he clocked in more tube time in a single session than most do in a lifetime. Upon returning home, Kepa explains that traveling not only expands your horizons, but it makes you appreciate home and be thankful for what you have.
