The Inertia

Mason Ho and …Lost Surfboards have been working together on a little something special for a while now. That little something is a brand new surfboard model called The Little Wing.

“It’s an honor to work on design with such a legendary shaper like Matt Biolos,” Mason wrote. “For this board I wanted something extremely fun, feeling similar to a Rad Ripper or Baby Buggy but more refined like a high-performance shortboard I’d use in a contest.”

According to Mason, The Little Wing is a pretty fantastic all-around surfboard. “I’ve noticed this model works best in any kind of waves 0-12 ft on the face,” he continued. “There is extra foam in places that make it easier to paddle and surf which is ideal for any level surfer.”

The …Lost team describes the board like so: “A short and sweet, psychedelic treat, from the mad (and sometimes masochistic) mind of Mason Ho. LITTLE WING is a playful performance shortboard, focused on fun, everyday, small to mid-sized surf. Derived from one of our classic small-wave boards, The Baby Buggy, LITTLE WING is a Mason tinged, direct descendant to that one-time wildly popular board.”

In the video you see above, Mason surfs his new board — this one in Lib Tech construction — along with his dad Michael Ho and trusted surf partner Sheldon Paishon at one their favorite, dangerously fun waves in Hawaii.
