We’ve seen our fair share of surfing animals here at The Inertia. From lamas, goats, dogs, pigs, rabbits, and cats (among a few others), it seemed as if no animal on Earth was safe from the wild allure of surfing. Up until today, the only surfing monkey that I had ever seen were the porcelain mock-ups that are shoved in your face while crossing back into the States from Mexico. Today, that has all changed. Meet Beaker, a six-year-old surfing simakobu monkey from Sipura Island in the Mentawais who loves to hang ten and tail!
