Back in mid-April, the third Mullet x One Wave Foamie Classic was held at Tamarama Beach. There truly isn’t a better way to raise money for a good cause than by having a great time, and the Mullet x One Wave Classic does just that. Proceeds went to the One Wave Saltwater Experience, a non-profit surfing community that “tackles mental health issues with a simple recipe: saltwater, surfing, good mates, and Fluro Fridays.”
Fluro Fridays is a weekly OneWave event that raises awareness of mental health issues in a unique way: “by dressing in fluro and going surfing and doing yoga. OneWave provides a safe place where people can openly talk about mental health issues and share their lived experience.”
