If you’re a regular-footer, Nias is somewhere very near the top of your surfing bucket list. In fact, if you’re a goofy-footer, it is too. It’s one of those waves that very nearly defies description–when the stars align, it’s about as close to perfect as any wave on the face of the earth. Here, Gabriel Sodre gets it when said stars aligned… and it’s a swell he’s not likely to forget for the rest of his days.
