When you’ve cut your teeth at Pavones, Costa Rica, chances are good that you’ve learned how to surf really, really well. Such is the case with Noe Mar McGonagle, who quickly went from a little kid killing it to a full grown man with a pocket full of power hacks and an ISA world championship. Right now, he’s working his way up the QS, and if his most recent clip is any indicator, we’re going to see a lot more from him.
