Paul Fisher, king of slapstick surf comedy, is at it again. This time with a new creation he whipped out for a surf with buddy Kai Otton. His latest creation: a penis-shaped and colored surfboard that, with a 2+1 fin setup, has a bit of range in performance. It can be ridden a few different ways, but Fish opted for the twin fin here. And judging from this clip, he does it pretty well, claiming to have one-upped Otton.
