Today may be the day to catch up on your favorite slasher movies from Friday the 13th to Halloween, but we submit to you that the above may induce in you more vicarious fear than anything available on Netflix right now.
Ostensibly, Russell Bierke’s latest edit ‘Flow State’ is just that: an edit. It follows the man, who first burst on the scene after winning Red Bull’s Cape Fear in 2016, chasing slabs and other haunted house-esque giant barreling waves around the world. For most, these are simply waves you wouldn’t touch with an 80-foot pole.
We commend Russell’s panache. And O’Neill Australia for its timely Halloween release – whether intentional or not.
