Margaret River gets bagged on a lot, at least when it comes to the tour. In reality, though, it’s a wave we’d all love to surf. And this year’s event was another piece of proof of what it can do. Of course, when waves get good, they don’t just get good in one spot. And while Ryan Callinan didn’t fare all that well, he took a trip to the neighbouring waves and showed that when the jersey’s off, the points don’t matter.
