Every now and then, Tim Bonython releases a short video that revolves around huge waves and the giant wipeouts and amazing rides that come with them. It’s called the Terror Vault, and this is the fifth installment.
This episode is from Shipstern Bluff — a place already featured in the Terror Vault — and it’s 14 minutes of absolute insanity from one of the world’s scariest waves.
So far, we’ve seen Ours, The Right, and Teahupo’o. Now, he’s stitched together some of the craziest moments at Shipstern Bluff for part two. “When it comes to incredible big wave moments,” Bonython writes, “Shipstern Bluff, down (at) the bottom of Tasmania, is on top of the list.”
