Your ego may not be able to handle this, but little Stevie Roberson is only six years old. And he’s already surfing big waves. Well, they’re big for him at least – well overhead given his stature.
According to the Huffington Post, “Baby Steve,” as he’s called, has been surfing since he was two years old. HuffPo also reported that, in addition to crowded lineups, Steve isn’t afraid of sharks either. On a rainy day in October, a 14-foot shark lunged at Steve, his dad, his brothers with its mouth open. Luckily, Baby Steve’s dad, Kaleo Roberson, threw his surfboard at it and punched it until it swam away, Hawaii News Now reported. Baby Steve subsequently, and proudly, declared, “That shark was a poopy poo!” Kids, right?!
