The Indian Ocean is churning out wave after massive wave right now. We’ve heard it referred to as the XXL Swell that’s bombing West OZ, while those lucky enough to pack their bags and get to Indo are treated to an “XL” version of the same wave making event.
Those looking for barrels of the less fear inducing kind were treated to some quality tube time here in the Mentawais. While everybody else around the Indian Ocean was gearing up for an XXL Award, here’s a few captures of the same swell as it started to fill in for the weekend, already looking solid and very, very promising.
