Sounds simple. And plenty of gurus aim to walk the walk on all fronts, but few have as much experience in each realm as professional surfer and plant-based nutrition expert, Tia Blanco. Blanco, a Beyond Meat ambassador, has been vegan for nearly a decade, and she’s also been making a valiant run to qualify for the World Tour while releasing inspired edits along the way.
