For most of the year, Cape Solander lay dormant. Every now and then, it took a deep breath and reminded everyone what it was capable of, but it wasn’t until one weekend late in July that it fully exhaled. And, as they will do, Ours regulars including Justin ‘Jughead’ Allport, Jesse Polock, Peter Standlick, Mal Holmann and Mitch Parkinson were there to pit themselves against one of the scariest waves on the planet.
